Wingstop in Arizona

"Here’s the thing I think most people fail to understand before coming to fast food chains, a lot of times these workers are someone’s kids!! Sometimes they are still learning too, and when you think they are just “messing around” in the back remember we all try to have some fun at our jobs to kill the time. I went tonight to pick up my order I placed online. As soon as I walk in I see a “man child” yelling at a group of teenagers for messing up his order, now I understand it can be frustrating when your hangry and want to head home after a long day but common people have some grace and think what if they were your relatives, these poor workers sat there and got the manager and remained calm. The child started to yell at them even more. I stepped in to inform him that is not the way to speak to females especially young teenagers and let alone doing all this in front of his daughter. He then tried to get in my face but I’m not one to be threatened by much lol after all that these poor workers had to continue with their nights jumping right back in to taking orders and making food at the best rate they could. I just wanna say I love this wingstop location, they all did a fantastic job despite the threats and gaudy guests they have to deal with on a daily basis. And my food came out FANTASTIC!"

"I'm kinda surprised on the reviews, I read for this Wingstop location. Typically we call ahead and place our order, but this time we just walked in and placed our take out order. The wait time was 20 minutes and the crowd in the dinning area was very minimal for a Saturday lunch timeframe. There was no negative staff vibe going on here, Eduardo at the counter was very friendly. We ordered their 24 pc Family Classic Wings bone in, with fries and veggie sticks. Everything was delicious, food was hot."

"I love to take my daughter out to Wingstop As a treat when it's just the two of us occasionally. We absolutely love the lemon pepper wings and the mild buffalo wings and their fries are just to die for! I've never had the bone in but the Boneless are phenomenal. We were in Tolleson the other day and there happened to be a Wingstop, so we stopped and had lunch and they definitely met our Wingstop expectation. I always wish that they presented their food that was being consumed in store outside of a takeout bag, and that there was a trash can available to customers, but no reason to give them anything other than a five-star review. "Im surprised by all of the negative reviews, they always give us great wings, good customer service and 98% of the time my order is ready by the time i get there to pick up from an online order(minus super bowl sunday which is expected so not a big deal to me whatsoever). We usually order at least once or twice a month from them. I can almost guarantee the bad reviews about customer service etc are from already grumpy customer just looking to take out their anger on teenagers and young adults who are working hard and doing a job alot of people dont want to do; which is work in the food industry. (Minus the wrong orders, which also happens, everyones human and make mistakes)."

"Ordered these on uber eats delivery. I asked for the food to be less salty, especially the fries, which they actually paid attention to and salted less. Too much salt can ruin the food. I ordered BBQ, Hawaiian & garlic Parmesan wings which were all super fresh & cooked properly. The restaurant even provided an adequate amount of ranch & bleu cheese. A+ for a great dinner."
